We are approaching the High Holy Days, during which we honor loved ones as part of the Yizkor Service on Yom Kippur. KKBE's tradition is to publish a Memorial Book each year in which we include the names of those who are no longer present, but still precious to us. We distribute the Yizkor Memorial Book on Yom Kippur, when, according to tradition, the Book of Life and Death is open. As we remember and inscribe the names of those who have gone from our circle of family and friends, we acknowledge the connection that continues.

Please note that we will not be listing our Sanctuary Yahrzeit plaques in the Memorial Book.
